A truly unique design, incorporating British heritage and modern LED lighting with 3D printing.
This is a rear lamp (Lucas 704) taken from a 1960's BMC Morris Oxford Series Vi, of the type found in every high-street around the UK and beyond.
The lamp is mounted on a 3D printed base, incorporating the iconic Morris Oxford badge.
It is lit by two LED puck lights, inserted in the bulb holders using special adapters.
The lamps use 3 x AAA batteries (supplied) and come with a remote control.
They can be set to automatically switch off after 10,30,60 or 120 minutes to preserve battery life.
This would be ideal as a shelf lamp in a man cave and is a guaranteed conversation starter!
The entire assembly is push-fit, no part of the original lamp has been modified and it could go straight back on a car.
Only one available at the moment, but I could do a special price for a pair.
May be you're thinking of a gift for someone who had an Oxford. If so, I can add a classic number plate with a specific car registration. - please ask for a price.
Dimensions: 30cm high, base15 x 15cm
